The biggest benefit for living in Rosemont is the commute to the University of Calgary is under 5 minutes via 24th Avenue. Commuting to downtown is also a breeze via 14th Avenue or Crowchild Trail. Many seniors currently still reside in Rosemont, however that will soon change as the aging baby-boomer population starts to downsize and move into retirement facilities.
