SE Calgary Infill Communities
SE Calgary Communities General Description here
The historic community of Inglewood is Calgary's oldest neighbourhood. Bounded along the Bow River/Deerfoot Trail, CP Rail yard, and Inglewood ends where the Bow River and Elbow River starts - next to Fort Calgary.Inglewood is being revitalized as a go-to community for restaurants, cafes, and boutiques.
Ogden is an inner city community in the city of Calgary, located in the SE quadrant of the city. We consider it an up and coming inner-city infill community that will be more popular in 3-5 years as the prices are more affordable than other inner city infill communities. Lot sizes are larger, and are attractive to developers because the cost for land to redevelop are often much more affordable.
Ramsay is an up and coming inner city community in the South East Quadrant of the city. Neighbouring communities to Ramsay include: Inglewood, Victoria Park and East Village. It is bounded by the CP Railroad to the North and East of the community, and Elbow River to the West. The community of Ramsay has stunning views of the city of Calgary from the ENMAX Park, and Scotsman's Hills.
