Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant or North Mount Pleasant) is an inner-city infill community in North West quadrant of the city of Calgary. Mount Pleasant is located North of Highway 1 (or 16th Avenue North), West of 2nd Street NW, and East of 10th Street NW. It is also bounded to the North by Confederation Park and Queen’s Park (Queen’s Park Cemetery). 

Residents in Mount Pleasant enjoy benefit of living inner city with the short commute to and from the Downtown core. There are many roads that connect this community easily to downtown, and there isn’t too much traffic to really take you too long to get home. 

SAIT/Jubilee Auditorium are located just on the edge of the community and this community is popular for investors to hold/rent their properties to students. 

There are some local restaurants hidden in the community of Mount Pleasant the people may flock from all parts of the city to dine at: 4th Spot Kitchen & Bar, Velvet Cafe, GOGI Korean BBQ, The Block Kitchen & Lounge, Pad Thai.
