Montgomery is an inner city community in the North West Quadrant of the City of Calgary. It is a popular community for inner-city infills and redevelopment for new homes. The community of Montgomery is located along Highway 1 which is bounded by the Bow River to the South, and Shaganappi Trail to the East, and 32nd Avenue to it’s North.

The Alberta Children’s Hospital, Foothills Medical Centre, University of Calgary are all within minutes of the community of Montgomery. While still being within a 15 minute commute to downtown.
