    Capitol Hill is bordered by 16th Avenue to the South, and Confederation to the North. 14th Street divides the community, but it is bordered by 10th Street NW, and 19th Street NW.

    Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) is a post-secondary campus in the city of Calgary. SAIT offers more than 100 career programs in technology, trades and business. SAIT is located just South of Capitol Hill. Capitol Hill is a great community that will keep it’s value because of the endless renters of students that go to SAIT. 

    North Hill Shopping Centre is also located just across the street from SAIT and South of Capitol Hill. It is an older style mall, and has lots of potential for growth and redevelopment. Safeway and the Lion’s Park CTrain (LRT) station what keeps this mall alive.
