Neighbouring communities include South Calgary, Altadore (Aka Marda Loop), Killarney and Connaught. Nearby Crowchild Trail is the main major road that serves the community of Bankview 14th Street is also a great connection for the community into the Downtown Core.  Majority of the residencies in Bankview are renters that reside in condominiums and apartments. Plenty of shops, restaurants in nearby community of the Beltline. Midtown Co-op and Safeway Downtown are also closeby grocery stores.
