Collingwood is more of a community with flip potential than infills, but we consider it an future infill potential community because there are a few properties that are new builds from gutted older homes. There is also more potential to tear down and old home because of their large lots, and re-build your dream home in this desirable community in Calgary. Most homes were built in 1959 when the community was officially established.
