Montgomery is an inner city community in the North West Quadrant of the City of Calgary. It is a popular community for inner-city infills and redevelopment for new homes. The community of Montgomery is located along Highway 1 which is bounded by the Bow River to the South, and Shaganappi Trail to the East, and 32nd Avenue to it's North.

Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant or North Mount Pleasant) is an inner-city infill community in North West quadrant of the city of Calgary. Mount Pleasant is located North of Highway 1 (or 16th Avenue North), West of 2nd Street NW, and East of 10th Street NW. It is also bounded to the North by Confederation Park and Queen's Park (Queen's Park Cemetery).

Parkdale is an inner-city community located in the North West Quadrant of the City of Calgary. To the North of the community, it is bounded by 16th Avenue (also known as Highway 1). 16th Avenue/Highway 1 connects commuters East/West. Crowchild Trail is located within 1 minute, which connects this community NW/SW of the city.

Rosedale is a residential inner-city community in the North West quadrant of the city of Calgary. It is bound by Hugh McBluff Park to the South, and has fantastic views of the Mountains and the Downtown core. Rosemont is an inner-city Calgary community in the North West quadrant of the city. The community of Rosemont is located just North of Confederation Park, East of 14th Street NW, and South of Cambrian Drive (which turns into  10th Street NW). Surrounding communities to Rosemont include: Cambrian Heights, Collingwood, Capitol Hill, and Mt. Pleasant. McMahon Stadium is also 5 minutes away.

St. Andrews Heights is a popular community for doctor's, nurses, and professors because of the relative location to Foothills General Hospital and University of Calgary. The community is bounded by 16th Avenue (Highway 1) to the North, and Crowchild Trail to the East - these major roadways provides this community with easy access to the downtown core or out of the city West to the Mountains.

Sunnyside is a desirable community just North of Downtown across from the Bow River and Prince's Island Park. Connections into the downtown core by walking or biking through the Peace Bridge, or the Bow River Pathway. Driving into downtown, you can access the core via 10th Street Bridge, or Centre Street Bridge - Lower Deck (can walk through as well).

Tuxedo Park is a residential inner-city neighbourhood in the north-quadrant of the city of Calgary. Tuxedo Park is just North of 16th Avenue/Highway 1.
