Charleswood is a community in northwest Calgary. It’s located northeast of Crowchild Trail and the University of Calgary, and borders Nose Hill Provincial Park and John Laurie Blvd to the north. Confederation Park is southeast of the neighbourhood.

Although there are not currently many infills located in Charleswood, there is a lot of potential for future infills to be developed in the area. With it’s close proximity to the University of Calgary, easy access to downtown via Crowchild Trail and vibrant shopping options in the nearby vicinity (Brentwood Village Shopping Centre and Market Mall within a 5-minute drive) this is an up and coming infill community.
